Netcall reveals launch of artificial intelligence offering

(Alliance News) - Bedford-based customer engagement software provider Netcall PLC announced on Wednesday the launch of artificial intelligence at its Liberty platform to boost revenue opportunities.

The company's launch of Liberty AI will provide additional differentiation in the marketplace and revenue opportunities.

The worldwide AI software revenue is forecast to a total of USD62.5 billion in 2022, up 20% from 2021, according to data from research and consulting firm Gartner Inc.

The company noted: "Liberty AI addresses one of the key ongoing challenges in the uptake of AI across enterprises where the scarce availability of data scientist capabilities prevents implementation of AI."

Furthermore, within healthcare, Liberty AI could assist in improving the appointment attendance by predicting the likelihood of a patient attending a given appointment time.

Netcall Chief Executive Henrik Bang said: "We are excited to offer this new easy-to-use AI functionality within Liberty, increasing the attractiveness of the platform and underlining our differentiation in the customer engagement and automation markets.

"With the launch of Liberty AI, we have taken another considerable step forward in the evolution of Netcall and look to the future with confidence."

Netcall shares ended down 0.6% at 62.66 pence each on Wednesday in London.
