LONDON (Alliance News) - Netcall PLC Wednesday said that its cloud-based payment service had been deployed to a mobile operator in the UK after it was accredited at the highest security level in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
The standard, defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, is intended to increase controls surrounding card holder's data and reduce credit card fraud.
Netcall didn't name the mobile operator.
Shares in Netcall were trading up 3.7% at 44.48 pence Wednesday morning.
