LONDON (Alliance News) - MySale Group PLC on Friday announced it has agreed to sell its main UK trading website for GBP1.5 million.
MySale has agreed the sale of cocosa.co.uk to Brandalley UK Ltd, as part of a move to focus on Australia and New Zealand.
Chief Executive Carl Jackson said: "This disposal represents a key step in accelerating our 'ANZ First' strategy, which looks to optimise our scale, resources and market position in the region.
"With this more streamlined and focused approach, we can provide an improved offering for both our customers and brand partners."
Late March, online retailer MySale reported a 17% drop in revenue and a significantly widened loss for the six months to December, amid "significant" challenges in Australia and New Zealand.
Shares were 2.7% lower on Friday morning at a price of 13.22 pence each.
