LONDON (Alliance News) - MTI Wireless Edge Ltd said Monday it has completed its merger with MTI Computers & Software Services 1982 Ltd.
The company, which manufactures flat panel antennas for wireless broadband, has fully merged with MTI Computers.
All of the 29.5 million MTI Wireless shares that were held by MTI Computers have been distributed to shareholders of MTI Computers, as it will cease to exist.
The merged company has 87.0 million shares in issue and expects to publish its half-year results in the last week of August.
Shares in MTI Wireless were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 21.67 pence each.
