LONDON (Alliance News) - Motive Television PLC said Monday that its subsidiary Motive Televisions Services Ltd had signed an agreement with South African free-to-air TV company, Siyaya Limited.
Motive Televisions will provide turnkey video-on-demand and technical services for Siyaya. It expects the final terms of the deal to be agreed before the end of the year. No financial details were disclosed.
The two companies have agreed to a period of mutual exclusivity for South Africa until the final agreement is completed.
Motive Television provides software and services to the global television industry, its shares were trading up 2.04% at 0.0250 market open Monday.
