LONDON (Alliance News) - Motive Television PLC said Tuesday its US subsidiary had signed a joint sales agreement with programming distributor Castalia Communications Corp.
Under the agreement Castalia will market video-on-demand services to pay television operators and broadcasters using Motive's Content Express software platform and its content.
"Castalia's content and regional expertise will help us build on our success in developed and emerging markets in Europe, Africa and North America," said Chief Executive Officer Leonard Fertig in a statement.
Shares in Motive Television were trading up 5.7% at 0.0222 pence.
