(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Metro Bank PLC - London-based retail and business lender - Non-Executive Director Ian Henderson buys 15,000 shares at GBP1.04, worth GBP15,645, on Monday.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Sheffield-based multi-utility infrastructure and services provider - Non-Executive Director Jonathan Turner buys 200,000 shares at 28.94 pence on Thursday last week and 50,000 at 30p on Friday, both via Bayford Group and together worth GBP75,000. Turner now interested in 30.7 million shares, a 13.8% stake.

Vitec Group PLC - Richmond, West London-based photography & video products maker - Chief Executive Stephen Bird buys 10,000 shares at GBP6.54 on Friday last week and now has 317,957 shares. Chair Ian McHoul buys 5,000 shares at GBP6.83 on Monday and now has 15,000 shares. Independent Non-Executive Director Duncan Penny buys 2,000 shares at GBP6.55 on Friday and now has 5,000 shares. The purchase were worth about GBP112,500 in total.

Ariana Resources PLC - Turkey and Cyprus gold and copper mine development - Chair Michael de Villiers and wife buy total of 955,000 shares at 5.50p and 5.55p, worth about GBP52,000, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week. De Villiers now interested in 55.8 million shares, a 5.3% stake.

DWF Group PLC - London-based legal business - Chair Jonathan Bloomer buys 40,000 shares at GBP0.66, worth GBP26,216, on Friday. Bloomer was appointed chair at the start of August.

Watkin Jones PLC - London-based student accommodation developer and manager - Non-Executive Director Elizabeth Reilly buys 20,000 shares at 137.69p, worth GBP27,538, on Thursday last week. The purchase is her only holding.

The tax fraud scandal - Europe's largest ever - is estimated to have cost German taxpayers alone almost £10bn. IN BRIEF: Metro Bank Holdings hails normalisation of deposit outflows

Metro Bank Holdings PLC - London-based lender - Notes deposit outflow rates have normalised since it announced a funding package. They had increased over fears of Metro Bank's financial health prior to the capital package. Meanwhile, assets as at September 30 fall 0.7% to GBP21.61 billion from GBP21.75 billion as at June 30. Loan to deposit ratio softens to 80% from 81% over the three months. "The third quarter delivered continued momentum in personal and business current account growth and customer acquisition as well as a modest statutory profit after tax," it says. Metro Bank in October announced a new deal with investors to shore up its finances. The deal included a GBP325 million capital raise and GBP600 million in debt refinancing. In early October, the Financial Times said Metro Bank was seeking to raise up to GBP600 million to shore up its finances. It led to a sell-off in the stock, hitting the 52-week low on October 5.
