Silence Therapeutics PLC - Chief Financial Officer Rob Quinn sells 89,054 shares at average GBP4.04, worth GBP359,778, on Thursday last week and Monday.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Finance Director John Witt buys 22,000 shares at USD44.09, worth USD970,083, on Monday.

Metro Bank PLC - Chair Michael Snyder, directly and via Carey Pensions UK LLP, buys 96,700 shares at GBP0.78, worth GBP75,786, on Monday.

Genedrive PLC - Chief Executive Officer David Budd buys 25,000 shares, while Non-Executive Chair Ian Gilham and CFO Matthew Fowler each by 12,500 shares, at 80p, spending a total of GBP40,000, as part of the broker option for the molecular diagnostics firm share issue. Genedrive raised GBP7.0 million in a share placing last week and said Tuesday it raised a further GBP1.0 million in the oversubscribed broker option conducted by Peel Hunt and finnCap. The broker option allowed private investors to participate in Genedrive's equity raise.

Metro Bank Holdings PLC - London-based retail bank with 76 'stores' - Admits it won't get approval this year from Bank of England's Prudential Regulation Authority for a reduction in its capital requirement for residential mortgages. Metro Bank says that in its latest discussions with the UK financial regulator, the PRA indicated more work is required from the company, meaning approval won't be granted during 2023, if ever. Metro Bank has applied to use an advanced internal ratings based approach to counting the capital it must hold against the residential mortgage lending that it makes.
