LONDON (Alliance News) - Metal Tiger PLC Friday said it has invested further in Conroy Gold & Natural Resources PLC, buying another 25,000 shares in the company.
The shares were bought on the market at an average price of 28.7 pence, meaning it invested GBP7,175 in the company, and now holds 885,675 shares in Conroy Gold, or around 8.0%.
This follows on from taking part in a share placing of Connemara Mining Co PLC Friday, purchasing a quarter of the 20.0 million shares available for GBP100,000. Metal Tiger also has an equal amount of warrants which, if exercised, could double its current stake in Connemara from 6.6%.
Shares in Metal Tiger were down 0.4% at 4.26 pence Friday afternoon.
