DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Matomy Non-Exec Sells For GBP2.6 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Matomy Media Group said former chairman and Non-Executive Director Ilan Shiloah sold around GBP2.6 million worth of shares in the advertising and marketing company.

Shiloah sold 2.4 million shares at 84.79 pence each and 400,000 shares at 90.0p each on Thursday.

The company also said that Shiloah sold 196,210 shares at 95p each on Tuesday.

After the sales, Shiloah holds 11.1 million shares, equal to a 11.88% stake.

Last November, Shiloah stepped down as chairman of Matomy and was succeeded by Rupert Howell, who was deputy chairman at the time.

The stock closed up 0.9% at 85.00p Friday.

Just Retirement Group said Non-Executive Director Michael Deakin bought 19,500 shares at 155.12p each on Thursday. He now holds 42,036 shares. The stock closed down 2.1% at 154.60p Friday.

Hilton Food Group said Non-Executive Director John Worby bought 7,000 shares at 518p each on Friday, making up his entire holding. The stock closed up 3.3% at 518.00p Friday.

Judges Scientific said Chief Operating Officer David Barnbrook sold 1,500 shares at 1,625p each on Friday. As a result of the sale, Barnbrook holds 20,453 shares, equal to a 0.34% stake in the scientific instruments maker. The stock closed up 6.4% at 1,715.00p Friday.

Quarto Group said Chief Executive Officer Marcus Leaver bought 5,994 shares at 252.06 pence per share on Friday. Following the purchase, Leaver holds 24,556 shares, equal to a 0.12% stake in the publisher. On Thursday, Quarto co-founder Bob Morley sold 1.0 million shares and announced he will leave the company. The stock closed down 0.6% at 253.50p Friday.
