LONDON (Alliance News) - Metals Exploration PLC said Thursday that Ian Holzberger will shift from executive- to non-executive chair, and it has started the search for a chief executive officer as a result.
Holzberger will remain involved in Runruno project in the Philippines as non-executive chair, the company said.
The miner said it is in "advanced discussions with a potential candidate" for a CEO.
Metals Exploration shares were trading down 49% at 0.70 pence each on Thursday.
