Mereo BioPharma Group PLC - clinical stage biopharmaceutical company - Files with the US Securities & Exchange Commission a shelf registration statement pursuant to which it may offer up to USD200 million of its shares in the form of American depositary shares, with each ADS representing five ordinary shares. Mereo said it will pay a 3% commission to SVB Leerink LLC, through which the sale of shares will be conducted, under the sales agreement.
