Mereo Biopharma Group PLC - biopharmaceutical focused on oncology and rare diseases - Hires Christine Fox as chief financial officer, effective from November 2. Fox replaces Interim CFO Michael Wyzga, who continues with Mereo as a board member. Fox was financial controller & treasurer at travel commerce platform Travelport and before that was at accountants KPMG. Mereo also hires Heidi Petersen as senior vice president for regulatory affairs, joining from Kartos Therapeutics, where she did a similar role.
