(Alliance News) - John Menzies PLC on Tuesday said its Executive Chair Philipp Joeining purchased 1.2 million shares in the company.
On Monday, Joeining purchased the shares at 390.30 pence each, GBP4.7 million altogether.
His stake in the company prior to the transaction was not stated.
Shares in John Menzies closed 0.4% lower at 392.50p apiece in London on Tuesday.
