Metminco To Raise AUD550,00 In 68.7 Million Share Placing (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Metminco Ltd said on Tuesday it has received firm commitments to raise AUD549,887 through a placing of 68.7 million share at a price of AUD0.008 per share.

Shares in the exploration firm were untraded on Tuesday at 0.55 pence.

Subscribers to the placing will receive one option at AUD0.011 to exercise before June 1, 2020 for every three shares subscribed for under the placing.

Metminco will have 912.5 million share issued overall.
