(Alliance News) - Minds + Machines Group Ltd on Thursday announced that it has received consent from the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to transfer four top-level domains and conditional consent to transfer 18 other top-level domains owned and operated by the company to GoDaddy Registry.
London-based Minds + Machines Group, also known as MMX, is a top-level domain registry company.
When MMX and GoDaddy Registry receive final approval from the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to transfer the 18 conditionally approved top-level domains, Minds will complete the transfer of all 22 top-level domains to GoDaddy Registry.
The company and GoDaddy Registry expect to complete the transfer of these top-level domains once these approvals and consents have been received.
Shares in Minds + Machines were down 2.0% at 7.30 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
