DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Trainline directors keep buying; Chaarat chair buys

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Trainline PLC - Non-Executive Director Duncan Tatton-Brown buys 35,410 shares at GBP2.87, worth GBP101,545, on Thursday. Trainline directors, including Chief Executive Officer Jody Ford and Chair Brian McBride, have been buying shares since the stock fell more than 20% in a day last week. The UK government announced the creation of a new public sector body called Great British Railways that will run the rail system, including selling tickets.

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - gold miner in Armenia and mine developer in Kyrgyz Republic - Chair Martin Andersson buys 6.6 million shares via Labro Investments Ltd at average prices of 22.03p, 22.63p and 24.23p, worth GBP1.5 million in total, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Andersson now is interested in 298.0 million shares directly and via Labro, a 43.4% stake.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-headquartered lender - Nikoloz Kurdiani, deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 20,000 shares at average GBP11.30, worth GBP226,036, on Thursday. Kurdiani had sold 5,000 shares on Monday and 8,163 shares last week. Tornike Gogichaishvili, also deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 3,311 shares at average GBP11.54, worth GBP38,209, on Friday.

Minds + Machines Group Ltd - London-based top-level domain registry - Non-Executive Director Henry Turcan buys 670,000 shares via Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Ltd at GBP0.07, worth GBP48,240, on Thursday.

Blackbird PLC - London-based cloud video editing platform - Chair Andrew Bentley buys 56,725 shares at 34.9p, worth GBP19,797, on Thursday. He now has 236,654 shares, a 0.1% stake.
