LONDON (Alliance News) - Minds + Machines Group Ltd said on Monday that Lombard Odier Asset Management Europe Ltd, an asset manager closely associated with Non-Executive Director Henry Turcan bought shares on Friday last week.
Lombard Odier purchased 201,536 shares at a price of 5.7 pence per share, for a total of GBP11,488. It has not been disclosed how many shares Turcan now holds following this transaction.
Turcan is an investment manager for a hedge fund owned by Lombard Odier.
Shares in the domain registry company were up 3.5% at 6.00 pence on Monday.
