LONDON (Alliance News) - Media technology company Mirada PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Gonzalo Babio as chief financial officer.
He will initially join the company in a non-board role, but will join the board in six months' time.
Babio is the former finance director of The Walt Disney Co Iberia in Madrid.
"We are delighted to welcome Gonzalo to the team. He offers a wealth of experience and will further strengthen our management team. We look forward to working with him," said José Luis Vázquez, Mirada's chief executive.
Shares in Mirada were up 1.1% to 11.25 pence on Thursday.
