LONDON (Alliance News) - Mila Resources PLC said Wednesday it had promoted Non-Executive Director Lee Daniels to executive director at the natural resources firm with immediate effect.
Daniels was only appointed a non-executive in late March following the departure of a number of executives from the firm earlier in the month.
In mid March, Mila Executive Directors George Donne and Anthony Eastman stood down following the failure of potential takeover talks with Capital Metals Ltd. The pair had been with Mila since it was founded in 2015.
Mila did not specify any more details on the new executive role of Daniels.
Shares in Mila were 4.8% lower at 2.00 pence on Wednesday.
