(Alliance News) - Income & Growth VCT PLC, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC on Monday all confirmed they have disposed of their investments in Blaze Signs Holdings Ltd.
The four venture capital trusts - all advised by Mobeus Equity Partners LLP - sold their respective investments in the signage firm to a private equity fund advised by Elaghmore Advisor LLP.
Income & Growth netted GBP1.2 million from the sale, Mobeus Income & Growth received GBP2.0 million, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 got GBP1.3 million while Mobeus Income & Growth 4's sale got it GBP550,000.
Income & Growth shares were 2.8% higher at 52.00 pence each in London on Monday afternoon. The other three trusts were untraded. Mobeus Income & Growth was last quoted at 48.50p each, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 at 64.00p and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 at 55.50p.
