LONDON (Alliance News) - Merlin Entertainments PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Carr will retire in 2016.
Carr has been in the role since 1999 and will remain in the post until a successor is appointed.
"Andrew has been a major contributor to Merlin's phenomenal growth during this period and to its successful transition to a public company. We look forward to working with his successor to further build on this progress," Chairman John Sunderland said in a statement.
Shares in Merlin closed down 1.4% at 442.95 pence on Wednesday.
