(Alliance News) - Micro Focus International PLC on Monday said Chair Kevin Loosemore sold almost GBP12 million worth of shares in the Newbury-based software firm.
Loosemore sold 214,658 shares at 1,860.55 pence each last Wednesday and an additional 435,342 shares at 1,736.28p each last Thursday. The combined value of the share sale was GBP11.6 million.
Loosemore's total shareholding after the sale was not disclosed.
Micro Focus said last Tuesday its high-profile acquisition of Hewlett Packard's software business was still proving difficult to integrate into its existing operations. The stock is down 20% since last Tuesday.
Micro Focus International was the worst performer in the FTSE 100, down 5.3% at 1,670.21p in London on Monday. The stock is down 20% since last Tuesday.
