LONDON (Alliance News) - Smart Metering Systems PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Graeme Bissett to its board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Bissett is the chairman of Macfarlane Group PLC, the UK-listed packaging and labels company.
Shares in Smart Metering Systems, which connects and operates energy metering assets and databases, were up 0.9% to 422.40 pence Wednesday.
