LONDON (Alliance News) - Macfarlane Group PLC Tuesday said Finance Director John Love bought 50,000 shares at a price of 38.25 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Love now holds 775,000 shares, which represents a 0.62% stake in the firm.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Robert McLellan bought 78,791 shares at 38.5 pence each, which represents his only holding in the company.
Macfarlane shares were up 1.0% at 37.12 pence Tuesday.
