Ground Rents Income Fund PLC - invests in portfolio of long-dated ground rents from freeholds and head leases in the UK - Hires Katherine Innes Ker and Jane Vessey as independent non-executive directors, starting September 27. Ker is chair of Mortgage Advice Bureau Holdings PLC, senior independent director of building products firm Forterra PLC, and a non-executive director of home builder Vistry Group PLC. Vessey is a fund manager and investment director who is vice chair of Greenoak Housing Association.
