LONDON (Alliance News) - Lok'nStore Group PLC Wednesday said its Executive Director Ray Davies exercised options over 15,000 shares on October 15 that were awarded to him on July 31 and sold these shares on October 16 at 183 pence per share.
The company said its Chairman, Simon Thomas exercised options over 100,000 shares on October 15 and sold these shares on October 16 at 187 pence per share.
The company also said that it has applied for 212,554 new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
Lok'nStore shares were down 0.4% to 188.71 pence Wednesday.
