DIRECTOR DEALINGS: KCOM CFO, Former Director Sell Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - KCOM Group PLC Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Paul Simpson and Kevin Walsh, a retired director, each sold 419,507 shares at a price of 95.125 pence per share Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Simpson holds 521,149 shares and Walsh holds 609,819 shares.

Shares were down 0.4% at 99.57 pence Thursday.
