Custos Group Raises Johnston Press Stake To 25% In Deal (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Johnston Press PLC said Friday Custos Group AS increased its stake in the multimedia news company to 25% after transactions on Thursday and Friday.

Prior to these transactions, Custos held a 20% stake in the company.

Shares in Johnston Press closed down 3.0% at 2.23 pence per share on Friday.
