Glenveagh Properties PLC - Dublin-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Officer Stephen Garvey sells 4.0 million shares at EUR1.16, worth EUR4.6 million, on Friday last week.

Diageo PLC - London-based distiller and brewer - General Counsel & Company Secretary Siobhan Moriarty sells all 92,195 shares received from exercising options under Diageo incentive plans. The shares are sold at GBP34.19, worth GBP3.2 million, on Monday. Moriarty exercised options for the shares at prices ranging from GBP17.09 to GBP27.15.

RTW Venture Fund Ltd - New York-based investor in life sciences, biopharmaceutical, and medical technology companies - Director Stephanie Sirota buys 236,996 shares via SAS Family Holdings for USD1.92, worth USD455,032, on Friday last week.

Symphony International Holdings Ltd - strategic investment company - Director Anil Thadani buys 555,555 shares at USD0.45, worth USD250,000 in total, on Monday. Thadani had bought some 1.3 million shares last week.
