LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan European Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday appointed Rita Dhut as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The appointment was first announced in mid-April, but at the time, the investment company said Dhut will take up her role upon completion of the firm's annual general meeting on July 15.
Dhut is currently a non-executive on the board of Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust PLC and has 18 years' asset management experience in UK and continental European equities, the trust explained.
JPMorgan European Investment Trust shares were flat at 145.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
