LONDON (Alliance News) - Events company ITE Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Andrew Beach as its new chief financial officer.
Beach will join from his role as chief financial and operating officer at AIM-listed marketing analytics firm Ebiquity PLC, where he has headed the finance function since 2008.
ITE said Beach is expected to join in January 2017 after he has served his notice at Ebiquity. Until then, interim finance director Des McEwan will remain in place.
Ebiquity said it has started the search for his successor.
ITE shares were up 3.0% at 155.00 pence early Tuesday, while Ebiquity shares were untraded at 104.90p.
