LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said Monday Strategy Director Rakhi Williams purchased 38,042 shares at a price of 73.20 pence each.
Williams' holding in the company, if any, prior Thursday's GBP27,847 transaction was not reported.
Shares in ITE were up 1.3% Monday at 81.00p each.
