LONDON (Alliance News) - Software firm Crimson Tide PLC on Tuesday said it has won an additional GBP250,000 contract with construction and support services company Interserve PLC.
FTSE 250 constituent Interserve is to consolidate several of its existing systems into Crimson Tide's mpro5 platform. Interserve will use mpro5 for mobile scheduling, reporting and auditing of workflow and activities over several work streams which are currently served by legacy software providers.
The contract has the potential to increase to GBP360,000 in value over the three-year term.
"The order underpins the 'organic' take-up of the technology that forms part of our business model and is a further endorsement of our smart mobility software as a service and its benefits in enhanced staff performance, efficiency and cost reduction," said Barrie Whipp, Crimson Tide's executive chairman.
Shares in Crimson Tide were up 3.5% to 3.00 pence. Interserve shares were up 0.9% at 311.50p.
