Pantheon Resources PLC - Alaska-focused oil and gas company - Pays quarterly principal repayment of USD2.5 million and the interest payment of USD416,500 for its senior unsecured convertible bonds due 2026 through the issuance of new shares. Issues a total of 3.3 million new ordinary shares.

Invinity Energy Systems PLC - London-based utility-grade energy storage manufacturer - Agrees to the terms on a convertible loan facility for up to USD10 million with Riverfort Global Opportunities and YA II PN Ltd. Makes an initial drawn amount of USD2.5 million, which it expects to be received on Wednesday. Notes that no interest is payable on the initial advance and that any interest rate on any further advance is to be agreed between the parties.

Trackwise Designs PLC - Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire-based products using printed circuit technology - Increases the size of its placing and subscription to roughly GBP4.3 million following the placing of 425.0 million new shares and a subscription of 300,000 shares at an issue price of 1 pence per shares.

Iofina PLC - London-based iodine producer - Says that its chemical division was awarded ISO certification following the QMS evaluation process. Says that the ISO certification will challenge the company to improve as an organisation.

Corcel PLC - London-based mining and mineral resource development company - Raises gross proceeds of GBP466,000 from the issue of 116.5 million new shares at a price of GBP0.004 to Auspect Investment PTY Ltd. The placing price represents a 95% premium to the closing share price on December 13. Notes that Auspect intends to distribute the shares to a Hong Kong-registered company with the same name, once that company is set up. Intends to use a portion of the funds from this fundraising to complete the retirement of the corporate debt due in March 2023.

Helium One Global Ltd - London-based helium explorer in Tanzania - Raises gross proceeds of roughly GBP9.9 million through the issue of 197.9 million new shares at a price of 5.0 pence per share. The fundraise included a placing of 175.6 million new shares and a subscription of 22.4 million new shares to raise roughly GBP1.1 million. Following the admission of the fundraise shares, its issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 820.3 million shares. "Following on from the NPC investment announced in October, we welcome this additional capital, priced at a healthy premium, confirming the board's view of a current valuation discrepancy in the market. This new investor, when combined with our new NPC cornerstone points to an exciting future for Corcel and its interests and sets the foundation for our operations and direction in 2023," CEO Scott Kaintz comments.
