LONDON (Alliance News) - InfraStrata PLC said Chief Operating Officer John Wood purchased 16.7 million shares at an average price of 0.52 pence each on Tuesday.
The stock was trading 3.4% higher on Tuesday at 0.53p per share.
Following this transaction, Wood holds a beneficial interest of 31.8 million shares in the gas storage developer, equivalent to a 3.1% stake.
Wood, who was recently appointed to his role, will also acquire fee shares, which will bring his stake to 34.0 million shares, equivalent to a 3.3% stake.
