LONDON (Alliance News) - Video security systems provider IndigoVision Group PLC on Monday said it has poached the finance chief of insulation systems maker Superglass Holdings PLC.
Chris Lea will take over as IndigoVision's chief financial officer from a date to be agreed with Superglass, but no later than the end of June. He will replace Holly McComb, who is leaving after nine years with IndigoVision, including four as CFO, to pursue other interests.
Superglass said it has started the search for a replacement finance director and said Lea will remain the role in the interim until his departure date is confirmed.
IndigoVision shares were untraded early Monday at 168.00 pence, and Superglass shares also were untraded at 4.27p.
