Imagination Technology creates graphic scenes

Computer graphics chip specialist Imagination Technologies has agreed a licensing deal with Taiwanese firm MediaTek.The agreement will see MediaTek use one of Imagination's graphics processors.The processor will be used in MediaTek's so called "system on a chip" technology which gathers all the parts of an operating system into one circuit. In this particular deal the idea is to create products for the digital TV market.Under the terms of the licence Imagination will receives fees and royalty revenues on shipment of "systems on a chip" which use Imagination's intellectual property.BS
