Infrastructure India PLC - invests in infrastructure assets in India's energy and transport sectors - Expects March 31 net asset value per share at 19.0 pence, compared to 16p the same date the year before, and cash resources at GBP38.3 million. Value of investments has benefitted from favourable changes in Indian tax regime, and decrease in yield of benchmark Indian government 10-year bonds, which serves as risk-free rate in asset valuations.
