PARIS (Dow Jones)--Clinic operator Medi-Partenaires SA, which is being sold by French private equity firm LBO France, will be valued at between EUR1 billion and EUR1.1 billion, La Tribune newspaper reports Wednesday, without naming sources. Preliminary offers for the company will be filed this week, the paper reports. Several investment companies may bid, the paper reports, naming as likely contenders 3i Group PLC (III.LN), Advent, Apax France, Blackstone Group LP (BX), KKR & Co. (Guernsey) LP (KKR.AE) and TPG Inc. Medi-Partenaires operates in the same market as publicly traded companies Korian SA (KORI.FR), Orpea SA (ORP.FR) and Medica SA (MDCA.FR).
