Impax Environmental Markets PLC - trust which invests in small to mid cap companies deriving at least 50% of their revenue from environmentally friendly goods and services - Non-Executive Directors Simon Fraser and John Scott buy 20,000 and 21,500 shares, respectively, at 462,40 pence and 459.50p. Fraser's deal totals GBP92,480 while Scott parts with GBP98,793. Fraser now owns 20,000 shares, while Scott holds 105,512.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC - real estate investment trust dedicated to investing in supermarket property - Benedict Green, a director of the company's investment adviser Atrato Capital Ltd, buys 18,283 shares at 109.9з each for GBP20,075. Green now holds 1.1 million shares in the company and persons closely associated with Green hold a further 131,682 shares in the company.

Ten Entertainment Group PLC - Bedford, England-based tenpin bowling centre operator - Christopher Mills, a non-executive director and chief investment officer of Harwood Capital, sells 1.0 million shares at 228.66з each for total of GBP2.3 million.

essensys PLC - London-based software for flexible workspace operators - Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Alan Pepper sells 125,000 shares at 252p each, for GBP315,000. Pepper now owns 404,566 shares, or 0.8% of company. Firm notes Pepper has no plans to make further sales of his holding in for a period of at least 12 months.

Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based cinema chain - Chief Executive Alex Scrimgeour buys 119,355 shares at 150p each on Thursday for a total of GBP179,033. Transaction represents Scrimgeour's entire holding in firm, which totals 0.1%. Scrimgeour joined as CEO in late 2020 after running Cote Restaurants Ltd, a chain of French restaurants, for the past five years.

Ncondezi Energy Ltd - coal-fired power project in Mozambique - Non-Executive Director Scott Fletcher buys 10.0 million shares at 3.50p each for GBP350,000. Fletcher now owns 73.5 million shares, representing 20% stake. Fletcher, the company's largest shareholder, joined the Ncondezi board at the end of last October.
