Immunodiagnostic Systems Expects 2% Rise In Interim Revenue

Fri, 18th Oct 2019 18:14

(Alliance News) - Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC on Friday said it expects to see an increase in first-half revenue following positive momentum during the period.

For the half year ended September 30, group revenue is set to come in at GBP18.8 million, 2% higher than the same period last year. On a like for like basis, revenue is expected to be in line with the same period last year, the company noted.

Revenue from the company's Automated business remained unchanged from last year, with growth in speciality assays offsetting declining 25-OH Vitamin D sales.

In terms of outlook, the company said based on the positive momentum seen in the first half, it maintained its financial 2020 target of delivering increased full year revenue on a like-for-like basis versus financial 2019.

The automated diagnostic testing kits provider is slated to report interim results on November 22.

The stock closed up 7.4% at 290 pence in London on Friday.
