Standard Life Aberdeen PLC - Edinburgh-based asset manager - Chief Executive Officer Stephen Bird buys 500,000 shares at 217.59 pence, worth GBP1.1 million, on Thursday. Bird took over as CEO at the start of September, replacing long-time CEO Keith Skeoch. Bird had been CEO of the Global Consumer Banking division at Citigroup Inc.

HSBC Holdings PLC - London-based bank - Chief Financial Officer Ewen Stevenson buys 37,000 shares at GBP3.21, worth GBP118,746, on Wednesday.

InnovaDerma PLC - London-based life sciences, beauty and personal care products - Non-Executive Director Mark Ward buys 387,905 shares at 69.52p, worth GBP269,672, on Wednesday. Now has 2.2 million shares, a 15% stake.
