LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------HSBC Holdings said Chief Executive John Flint and his spouse have jointly acquired about GBP40,000 in shares in the FTSE 100-listed bank.The Flints bought 4,836 shares at a price of 728.10 pence each, worth GBP35,211, on June 6 last year. Then, on August 30, the couple acquired 603 shares at 682.20p each, totalling GBP4,114.HSBC said the transactions were executed on a discretionary basis by an investment manager within a discretionary portfolio which Flint has an investment in.HSBC shares closed 0.8% higher at 651.40p each.----------Polar Capital said Non-Executive Director Brian Ashford-Russell sold 250,000 shares in the company at 485.00p per share. Following GBP1.2 million transaction, Ashford-Russell still holds an interest in 5.2 million shares, which represents about 5.5% of Polar Capital's issued share capital. Shares in Polar Capital closed 3.3% lower at 472.00p each.----------JD Wetherspoon said Retail Director Miles Slade sold shares in the pub operator. West Virginia treasurer adds four finance firms to ESG blacklist
