IN BRIEF: Home REIT Acquires Properties In England For GBP42 Million

Home REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on accommodation to the homeless - Acquire five portfolios of properties for GBP41.6 million in total.

First portfolio comprises two properties in London, the second of 22 properties in the West Midlands, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber. The third portfolio contains nine properties in the North West of England, portfolio four has six properties in Yorkshire and the Humber and portfolio five holds 97 properties across the North East of England.

The properties will provide accommodation to homeless and vulnerable people, including women fleeing domestic violence. In addition, Home REIT has been granted the status of a UK Real Estate Investment Trust.

Current stock price: 102.80 pence

Year-to-date change: up 2.8% since October 12
