IN BRIEF: Home REIT acquires 89 new properties for GBP60.2 million

Home REIT PLC - homeless accommodation investor - Uses GBP60.2 million of proceeds raised in September to acquire 20 new portfolios, comprising 89 properties. The properties situated across England is set to provide 548 beds, bringing to total bed portfolio to 7,073 beds.

"Following these most recent acquisitions, we are providing 7,073 beds which offer a stable, supportive and safe environment to some of the most vulnerable people, who are now able to work with our charity partners to reintegrate back into society long term," says Jamie Beale, partner at Alvarium Home REIT Advisors.

Year-to-date change: up 16%
