EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Globalworth Founder To Focus On Exec Role

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd - Founder Ioannis Papalekas steps down from board but remains as chief executive officer. Chief Investment Officer Dimitris Raptis promoted to co-CEO as well, from deputy CEO, and will remain on the board. Raptis will be the main point of contact between the board and executive management. The move is to allow Papalekas to focus completely on managing the company amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the company said. Globalworth also said it plans to added Martin Bartyzal to the board as non-executive director, representing CPI Property Group SA and Zakiono Enterprises Ltd.

Oxford BioDynamics PLC - Appoints Jon Burrows as chief executive officer. Burrows joins from Oncology Partners, a consulting and clinical advisory firm that he co-founded. Previously was CEO of OncoPlex Diagnostics. Burrows replaces Christian Millar, the company's co-founder, who has been in the CEO job since 2007.

TomCo Energy PLC - Non-Executive Director Stephen West promoted to non-executive chair, as Andrew Jones steps down as executive chair.

United Utilities Group PLC - Sara Weller to step down as independent non-executive director at July 24 annual general meeting. Weller is joining the board of BT Group PLC before its AGM on July 16.

Cineworld Group PLC - Helen Weir to step down as non-executive director at May AGM. Process is underway to appoint new independent non-exec.

OPG Power Ventures PLC - Jeremy Beeton resigns as non-executive director with immediate effect. OPG had announced Beeton's plan to step in March down back in October. It continues to seek a replacement.

PCF Group PLC - David Bull steps down as director from September after five years in the role "to further his executive ambitions in a new organisation".

HML Holdings PLC - Anand Verma hired as non-executive director. Verma is chief executive officer of digital design firm Brilliant Basics.

Dekel Agri-Vision PLC - Hires Aris Achy Brou as non-executive director, replacing Bernard Francois immediately. Ach Brou has been a futures and commodities trader at Citadel, BP, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Achy Brou holds 21.3 million Dekel shares, 5.0% of total.
