LONDON (Alliance News) - Russian gold miner Highland Gold Mining Ltd on Thursday said it has appointed John Mann as an executive director following the departure of two executive directors and one non-executive director from its board.
Highland said Mann, currently its head of communications, will become an executive director with immediate effect.
His appointment comes as Alla Baranovskaya and Sergey Mineev both stepped down as executive directors of the company and Eugene Tenenbaum also stepped down as a non-executive director.
Shares in the company were up 1.3% to 38.5 pence on Thursday morning.
