Shares in DQ Entertainment, the entertainment production and distribution company, moved a step closer to their 52-week high Wednesday morning after the announcement of a deal with Noga Communications, Israel's leading independent television content producer and broadcaster.Noga has acquired the Israeli broadcast rights for DQ's animated TV series "The New Adventures of Peter Pan" for a four year period. Pan-African resources outfit Mwana Africa said its Freda Rebecca gold mine is producing close to expected levels after logistical difficulties were resolved in July through the purchase of two new haul trucks. "In September 2,600 ounces were produced, exceeding the Phase 1 production target rate of 30,000 ounces per annum. and we believe that the operation is now close to consistently achieving this rate," the company said.US-based oil group Nighthawk ended last year with cash of 7.2m despite a same again loss of $1.3m. Terminix, the world's largest professional pest control company, has signed a seven-year agreement to market certain TyraTech products in the US, Canada and Mexico. TyraTech will receive an upfront payment and milestone payments as new products are developed and launched.
