(Alliance News) - Gamesys Group PLC said Friday three investors built sizeable stakes in the online bingo and gambling firm in separate transactions on September 26.
Noel Hayden built up his stake in the firm to 15%, having previously held a 3.3% stake.
Meanwhile, Andrew Dixon and Robin Tombs built up holdings of 5.3% and 4.2% respectively. The previous stakes - if any - held by Dixon and Tombs were not disclosed.
Shares in Gamesys were 0.2% lower at 758.73 pence in London on Friday.
